Change is a constant with me and blogging, anybody on my blogroll can attest to that. But through testing and trial error, I have learned some constants. Those are the things you see on all my blogs. When I started back in December of 2006, I had no clue what social media was or for that matter, what “writeable” meant on a php sidebar file.

Most recent and notable would be how I got my Google PageRank back. But I digress, the topic here tonight is this: What I am doing with my blogs …

First of all, I am keeping it simple. I’ve made the bold decision to use Kubrick on all three blogs.

Second, I am making my blogs readable and catchy. Minimum of 100 words a post and paragraphs broken up by subtitles in bold to keep the reader’s attention. I don’t always do this but I recognize my readers’ time is valuable and that I need to get on with my point.

Last, I am doing sponsored posts. This is an amazing phenomena so if you are making fun of it, you should stop and get what you can while you can. I recommend you start through the PayPerPost button in my sidebar here, it earns me a referral fee (and you get 20 bucks as well!).

I am doing well at adhering to my personal rating criteria called CAN. It is going quite well and keeping me focused on what I know is important.
